Cancel adobe photoshop subscription1/15/2024 It places me in a situation where I am forced to endure a financial burden or face yet another penalty that I am not prepared to bear. Frankly, this is an appalling and seemingly arbitrary penalty that I find entirely unjustifiable and quite frankly makes me feel like I've been duped. I decided to terminate my account in light of this unexpected and pretty substantial price surge, only to be informed of an outrageous £313.37 early termination fee. The only attempt Adobe made to warn me was through a single email notification on November 4th, which I regrettably missed due to pressing work and family commitments. Unfortunately, I was only made aware of this change when the money left my account today. Upon reviewing my account, I discovered a pretty large increase in the monthly charge, from my once agreed £39.95 (inc Vat) to £56.98 (inc Vat). So there was a recent price hike on my Adobe Creative Cloud Account as I'm sure many others have endured. I'll be sure to caution others to steer clear of this company and its seemingly deceptive practices While I appreciate the resolution, the overall experience has left a sour taste, and when my subscription to InDesign ends, I have no intention of ever using Adobe products again. Fortunately, after reaching out to customer service, I was able to connect to an agent who assisted in canceling the Adobe Stock subscription, which I had already paid 130$ for despite never using it. It's disheartening to think that a company of Adobe's stature would resort to such practices when they likely already generate substantial revenue without resorting to deceptive tactics. This entire setup seems like a trap designed to take advantage of users who may overlook the added feature and unwittingly fall into a subscription they didn't intend to get in the first place. When I attempted to cancel the subscription, I was shocked to find that Adobe imposed a hefty 150$ fee. Unaware that Adobe Stock was a part of the trial, I didn't use the service, only to discover later that I had been incurring a significant bill for two months, which I solely have used for InDesign. My intention was to maintain the InDesign subscription after the trial, so I inadvertently allowed it to continue untouched. I recently subscribed to InDesign, and to my surprise, Adobe Stock was included in the free trial, a detail I overlooked. I contacted them via Adobe’s own portal and the support was useless!!!!Īdded extra feature in free trial, just to trap you in subscription They gave me the damn thing and now they say it isn't genuine!!!! All the support operator was interested in was selling me a monthly subscription for £23, even though I have already BOUGHT THIS OUTRIGHT!!!! I even sent them my receipt. Now I try to reinstall directly form my Adobe account and told that the key has been revoked as it is not "genuine". The last time, Adobe support gave me a direct download and serial key and they added it to my account. This has happened at lease twice a year since purchase. As I don't use the features very often, every time I come to use it there is an issue.
